When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Usually the delivery takes around 4-14 business days.
Where does VolcPads ship?
Shipping is available in Europe (excluding Russia, Ukraine, Kosovo, North-Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Moldova).
What is the refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not refund the shipping fee. You can find more info at refund policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs typically range between €7 and €18 depending on your location.
Do you do partnerships?
At the moment, we are open to affiliate partnerships. When you have our mousepad, you can join our affiliate program, from which you'll get your own custom discount code. You can then promote the code to your audience. For every 5 sales, in which people use your code, we'll send you a free mousepad.
